This summer will be very busy for BCS! The following projects have begun and are scheduled to be completed before students return in the fall:

• Food service projects at Anderson and the HS (funded with food service spend-down and sinking fund dollars)
• Restroom renovations at Ryan (funded with sinking fund dollars)
• HVAC Completion at the Jr/Sr High School (funded with ESSER grant and sinking fund dollars)
• New Student Furniture, district-wide (funded with the generous Milliman Trust donation)
• Interactive Touch Panels, district-wide (funded with Title grants and sinking fund dollars)
• New blinds for the majority of the rooms at the Jr/Sr High School (funded with school safety grant funds)

All of this is taking place along with what our amazing maintenance, custodial, and summer crews complete each year (cleaning rooms, waxing classroom floors/hallways, etc.). THANK YOU to the BCS team members for their flexibility and dedication to these tasks each summer!
